As the sequel to the first book in the series, "The Adventures of Vylette and Michie," "The Adventures of Vylette Bunny and Friends: Michie on a Mission" features the Vylette bunny and her friends. As Vylette and Chocolat reunite, the family was set to embark on a new animal adventure. This time, Michie, ever the caregiver, meets a neighbourhood tabby named "Tuffy" who is both friendly and fiercely independent. Curiosity getting the best of her, she takes up the mission to find Tuffy a loving home to reside in. 

Can you imagine how Vylette and Chocolat, who are always getting into mischief, will react to a new pet joining the family? While Michie applies her skills to Operation Help Tuffy, her possessive pets the bunnies work together to develop a plan of their own. The story takes a beautiful turn when the rabbits realize that every pet deserves to have cared for. To the bunnies, reuniting with Michie and returning to a loving home are more important than anything else. Filled with humour and satire, this book was captivating enough even to hold my curiosity. 

This hilarious and refreshingly original early reader has a wide range of emotional moments and a lexicon that is both approachable and appropriately complex. It's the perfect follow-up to "The Adventures of Vylette Bunny and Michie: Love at First Bite" because it picks up right where the first book left off.
